Application Identifier 393 specifies an ISO currency code and an amount to be paid for a weight variable product. The amount is in the specified currency.

Ai 393n must always be specified with a GTIN.

The ISO currency code is a three-digit number and is based on ISO/ IEC 4217 and specifies the currency in which the amount is indicated.

"n" specifies the number of decimal places where a "0" means no decimal places.

"1" means the amount to be paid and is given to one decimal place. ‍
