Before ordering and shipping your products, it is important that you are aware of the following.

Mark the shipment with order number and sender. You will receive the order number after your order.
Note: We recommend that the total weight of individual shipments does not exceed 15 kg.
Max sample size for Exact services is 60 cm. high x 60 cm. wide x 60 cm. deep and a max weight of 15 kg.
Max size of samples for Image orders other than Environmental images is for height 60 cm. x width 60 cm. x depth 60 cm.
When you send the products to us, they must be packed securely so that they are not damaged during transport. This is especially important if they are to be photographed.
Avoid tape on packages and devices. In the worst case, this can make product photos impossible.
If you send in products without having placed an order or if the products do not bear a clear return address, we reserve the right to donate the products on the day we receive them.
Before ordering Image, the product must at least be created as a draft in Trade Sync, unless Product Creation is ordered at the same time as the Image order.
