Before ordering and shipping your products, it is important that you are aware of the following.
Only place orders that can be completed within 2 months.
In cases where either the entire order or parts of an order are not completed after 2 months from the order date, the completed order will be sent for invoicing and the uncompleted order will be deleted.

Before shipping, pack products securely so they don't get damaged in transit.
Avoid tape/transport label on base and package - in the worst case, this can mean that no pictures can be taken of the device
Whensending samples, write order number + sender on the shipment.
Your samples can weigh a maximum of 15 kg per shipment.
Imageorder: Ordered GTIN must exist in Trade Sync - unless Product Creation has been ordered.
External GDSN users: Handling fee for Exact and Image services - sent on separate invoice.
