How to deal with GS1Trade Exact status "Recheck required"

If you have made a change to a product that has been quality checked by GS1Trade Exact, the product loses its green valid stamp.

• If you want to correct the data and get the green stamp, do the following:

1. Press "Why?" at the GS1Trade Exact status "Recheck required" and see what has been corrected on the product that has caused the loss of the green valid stamp

2. Correct the data back to what is in the column "Inspected by GS1Trade Exact". The field ID and name are on the left, so it is easy to find the field when editing the product

• If there has been a real change to the product, for example to ingredients or nutritional values, you can get the green valid stamp back on by ordering a label check on My GS1 - and we'll make sure the green stamp is back on. A label check costs DKK 160.
