GS1 Denmark experiences great interest in label checks at GS1Trade Exact. We are of course happy about this.

A label check can be used if changes are made to, for example, nutritional values or ingredients on a product that has been quality checked by GS1Trade Exact. From 1 March 2023 there will be 2 changes to the use of label checks.

1. As we experience that label checks are ordered without prior modification to the product in GS1Trade Sync, we introduce a fee as there is an additional work process involved in correcting data in GS1Trade Sync before assigning the green Exact stamp based on the label provided.
2. If a physical product is submitted when ordering a label check, a handling fee is also introduced as we need time for receipt, storage, etc.

The fee is in both points 1 and 2 160 DKK per product

If a label check is ordered in combination with GS1Trade Image, there will be no surcharge for submitting the physical product.
