In common parlance, many people know the GTIN as a barcode, but technically the GTIN is the number below the barcode symbol itself, and can therefore also be used for other technologies such as 2D barcodes and RFID tags.
With Verified by GS1 you can access branded product data related to the GS1ID stored in a GS1Trade Activate service.
In the search box below you can search for a product's GTIN (Global Trade Item Number). A GTIN is a unique number that can be used to identify a product.
You can also search by GLN (Global Location Number), other GS1 keys such as SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code), and companies.
You can make a maximum of 30 searches on the Verified by GS1 service per day.
Not sure how to order GS1ID, get a GLN, create a barcode or similar?
