Anova Data is a market-leading software company, founded in 1993. Our customers are primarily hospital kitchens, municipal central kitchens and nursing home kitchens, but also include private food companies.

The Master Cater System is designed to help commercial kitchens efficiently manage ordering, production and delivery. Kitchens need to calculate nutrition and declare their food. It is time consuming to maintain the many product data and therefore many of our customers choose to download product data from GS1.
This is done via our MPI module (Master Product Information) which we have developed to retrieve product data from GS1, DTU, etc.
