I daglig tale er der mange, som kender GTIN som en stregkode, men teknisk set er GTIN det nummer, som findes under selve stregkode-symbolet, og kan derfor også bruges til andre teknologier som fx 2D stregkoder og RFID tags.

If your company subscribes to GS1Trade Sync, product data will by default always be shared with GS1Trade Sync. When you publish products from GS1Trade Packaging, items that already exist in GS1Trade Sync will automatically be shared with the relevant data recipients.
However, if a product does not yet exist in GS1Trade Sync, it will be created as a draft in the system. You will then need to manually assign data recipients and publish the products in GS1Trade Sync.

Before you start working in GS1Trade Sync, make sure that data sharing has been correctly set up and that data is being shared from GS1Trade Packaging.

To get an overview of the data received from GS1Trade Packaging, first adjust your view in GS1Trade Sync.

When a product has been created and published in GS1Trade Packaging, it will appear as a draft in GS1Trade Sync.
In the example below, we have created and published a jam product, which now also appears in GS1Trade Sync.
The publication status is shown as Draft, and the visibility is Public.

Next, you need to target the data recipient from within GS1Trade Sync:
